Hartford, CT. Tom Boyle of Chozick Realty Inc. completed the sale of Westview Apartments in Vernon, CT. The closing price of the property was $3,085,070 ($61,701/unit).

Westview Apartments is a 50-unit multi-family property situated in 5 improved buildings that were constructed in 1985. These apartments are in a suburban community located at 100 West Street, Vernon, CT. The unit mix consisted of 10 one-bedroom apartments, 25 two-bedroom townhouse apartments, and 5 three-bedroom apartments all on a 6.28-acre site.

The property was sold by a Vernon base investor/developer, Westview Associates, who are the original developer of Westview Apartments.

Chozick Realty, Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction. Tom Boyle of Chozick Realty, Inc. represented the seller and Steve Pappas of Chozick Realty, Inc. represented the buyer.
