Hartford CT;  Tom Boyle of Chozick Realty Inc. has completed the marketing and sale of Morrisville Plaza, in Morrisville VT for $9,850,000.   Located proximate to Stowe VT, this 104,380 SF Marshall’s and Ocean State Job lot anchored plaza was 100% occupied at time of sale.

Situated on 11 acres, the inline tenants occupy 76,417 square feet with outparcels for McDonald’s, Kinney Drugs, TD Bank and M&T Bank.

Morrisville Plaza is a strong regional draw leading to its full occupancy and long-term tenant base, comment Tom Boyle with many of the tenants having been in place since construction in the early 1990’s.

The Stowe VT region is a bedrock of the State and directly benefits the town of Morrisville.  Vermont welcomes over 13 million visitors annually, contributing to an estimated $2.5 billion in tourism related spending.   The plaza and area are supported by a strong hospitality infrastructure including not only winter sports such as snow skiing, but also other high end resorts, thousands of hotel rooms and a wide array of service providers which all fuel economic activity and employment throughout the region.
