With over 30 years of experience in the marketing and sale of multifamily, commercial and industrial real estate, Rick Chozick has a personal sales volume well into the billions of dollars. He has successfully transacted sales of virtually every property type for clients ranging from local investors to multinational corporations on both the buy and sell side of transactions. As President and CEO of Chozick Realty, Rick is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and strategic direction. Through his experience and vision, the company prides itself on high ethical standards in bringing the highest value to our clients in all the services we provide.

In addition to analysis, positioning, marketing and negotiations of investment property sales, Rick is often called upon to provide consulting services to investors, municipalities and agencies in various property related matters.

Rick holds broker licenses in Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Florida. He has sat on the board of the Coalition of CT Property Owners as well as the Commercial Council of the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors. Rick earned a BBA degree in Finance from Emory University in Atlanta with a sub concentration in Economics.



As the founder of Chozick Realty Inc., Dave’s vision of the company in 1967 set the foundation for the company’s outstanding reputation and values in serving our clients and customers. Through his 50 year career, Dave Chozick has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business and has been involved in structuring and completing transactions well into the billions of dollars. He has represented a wide range of clients including REIT’s, investment funds, institutional investors, lenders and governmental agencies as well as local and regional investors. In 2009 Dave established the Delray Beach, Florida office. Dave holds broker licenses in Connecticut, Florida and Massachusetts.

Steve Pappas

Steve Pappas has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and has been a leading producer in the State of Connecticut on a consistent basis. He possesses a wide array of real estate knowledge from construction, analysis, financing, management and marketing. While Steve has experience in all types of investment real estate his concentration is in the area of multifamily brokerage having sold well into the tens of thousands of apartment units in his career in virtually every part of CT. Steve has the knowledge and experience to undertake a wide array of assignments bringing properties through all phases of marketing while displaying an inherent ability of exhibiting professionalism and tenacity in completing all assignments and exceeding clients’ expectations.

​Prior to joining Chozick Realty, Steve served our Country spending seven years as an active duty member of the United States Army, obtaining a rank of Sergeant Class E-5. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Management from the University of Connecticut.

Thomas P. Boyle

Tom Boyle has been licensed as a Connecticut Real Estate Broker since 1973. Tom has considerable experience in the sale of all categories of income producing property including apartment complexes, office, retail and industrial properties throughout CT and Western MA. Tom has personally completed substantial real estate development transactions and has in depth personal expertise in all aspects of planning, zoning, building, land subdivision and construction. His experience includes bringing raw land through the development process from zoning approval through completion of construction of residential subdivisions and age restricted housing as a hands-on land developer.

​Direct participation in all phases of real estate as a broker, owner and manager has given Tom a varied perspective and practical approach in completing real estate transactions, adding tremendous value to his clients. Tom has acted in the traditional role of seller’s broker as well as working in the capacity of buyer’s broker, completing transactions with a wide range of investors, lending institutions, the FDIC, special servicers and other institutional clients. Tom holds Bachelors, Masters and Juris Doctorate Degrees and has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1980.

Jon Cohn

Jon has more than 35 years’ experience in the real estate industry and applies his diverse experiences and knowledge to represent both landlords and tenants. He has provided development consulting to both local and national assets. Jon adapts readily to the needs of clients and uses his knowledge and a practical approach to solve unique real estate challenges.

Jon’s career has included office, industrial and retail tenant and landlord representation. His client list includes GE Capital, DHL Airways, Verifone, Webster Bank, Bank of America, Federal Credit Union, CVS Pharmacy, Harmon Cosmetics, Creative Playthings, Express Kitchens, Blockbuster Video, Advance Auto Parts and NAPA Auto Parts. His development consulting has included projects from Maine to Georgia. Jon is team leader of the Coaches United Against Cancer Annual Fundraiser for the St. Baldricks Foundation for Cancer Research for Children. He is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, and president of the Connecticut Girls High School Coaches Association.

Tess Cullen

Tess Cullen has been immersed in the real estate business for the past eight years. She acted as Rick Chozick’s real estate assistant and office manager for six years. While assisting Mr. Chozick, Tess was directly involved with all aspects of the real estate business prior to moving into the brokerage sales field as an agent. Her extensive experience at the highest level of real estate analysis, marketing and transactions with a wide array of properties and major clients translates into her ability to advise her own clients in the sales process with efficiency and expertise. Tess has the demonstrated ability to complete transactions with absolute integrity and competence while delivering outstanding service.

Jordan Pinto

Jordan Pinto joined Chozick Realty after gaining experience in the management and leasing field while working for a regional property investment company owning a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties. He brings expertise and experience to his clients from not only a marketing and negotiating standpoint, but also from the invaluable understanding of the underlying fundamentals of a property’s income and expense characteristics from his hands on experience and ground up approach. Jordan specializes in the marketing and sale of multifamily property, while having experience with all types of investment and commercial real estate.
