RICK CHOZICK

In addition to analysis, positioning, marketing and negotiations of investment property sales, Rick is often called upon to provide consulting services to investors, municipalities and agencies in various property related matters.
Rick holds broker licenses in Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Florida. He has sat on the board of the Coalition of CT Property Owners as well as the Commercial Council of the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors. Rick earned a BBA degree in Finance from Emory University in Atlanta with a sub concentration in Economics.

Steve Pappas
Prior to joining Chozick Realty, Steve was a loan officer, consistently within the top five producers in terms of mortgage loans closed, providing in depth experience and knowledge related to lending and finance markets. Steve served our Country spending seven years as an active duty member of the United States Army, obtaining a rank of Sergeant Class E-5. Steve managed more than 30 service members engaged in mission orientation, equipment service and administrative military endeavors. Steve was twice awarded the Army Accommodation Medal. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Management from the University of Connecticut.

Thomas P. Boyle
Direct participation in all phases of real estate as a broker, owner and manager has given Tom a varied perspective and practical approach in completing real estate transactions, adding tremendous value to his clients. Tom has acted in the traditional role of seller’s broker as well as working in the capacity of buyer’s broker, completing transactions with a wide range of investors, lending institutions, the FDIC, special servicers and other institutional clients. Tom holds Bachelors, Masters and Juris Doctorate Degrees and has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1980.

Jon Cohn
Jon has more than 35 years’ experience in the real estate industry and applies his diverse experiences and knowledge to represent both landlords and tenants. He has provided development consulting to both local and national assets. Jon adapts readily to the needs of clients and uses his knowledge and a practical approach to solve unique real estate challenges.
Jon’s career has included office, industrial and retail tenant and landlord representation. His client list includes GE Capital, DHL Airways, Verifone, Webster Bank, Bank of America, Federal Credit Union, CVS Pharmacy, Harmon Cosmetics, Creative Playthings, Express Kitchens, Blockbuster Video, Advance Auto Parts and NAPA Auto Parts. His development consulting has included projects from Maine to Georgia. Jon is team leader of the Coaches United Against Cancer Annual Fundraiser for the St. Baldricks Foundation for Cancer Research for Children. He is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, and president of the Connecticut Girls High School Coaches Association.
