Steve Pappas of the Hartford office investment broker, Chozick Realty, Inc., has facilitated the sale of The Mill at Still River Apartments, located at 101 Whiting Street in Winsted, CT. This 39-unit property brought a price of $4,000,000 or $102,564 a door.

The Mill Apartments was built in 1887 and was converted to multifamily in 1986, winning design awards after the completion of the conversion.

Pappas of Chozick Realty noted that the property has a very desirable unit mix with tenant paid utilities. Every unit boasts large windows overlooking the river, with exposed brick and beams throughout.

This is the second time Pappas has successfully closed on this property and the third time for Chozick Realty, Inc. Steve Pappas represented the seller in this transaction as well as procuring the buyer.
